Filter Cafe – LEED-CI

A Wicker Park stalwart relocates to a new 3,500 square foot space in a historic storefront. The space features an expansive seating area with concrete floors, exposed brick, and ample daylighting. Filter saves 36.5% in water usage, 34% in lighting power usage, and is equipped with Energy Star rated furnaces, condensing units, and appliances. Additionally, the space is within a 1/2 mile from two El stops, a bus stop, and has ample bike parking. Reused and re-claimed materials are incorporated into the interior buildout.
