A pot of reclaimed wood

Rainbow Oaks Restaurant in San Diego is completed and open for business!  Photos after the jump (including the before images). The former flat 9′ ceiling was opened to reveal the existing structural beams and rafters. The ceiling and walls are finished with reclaimed pine from the 2007 Witch Creek (San Diego County) Wildfire. The bar top and exterior bench was created from one solid felled tree. The existing terrazzo floor was retained and polished throughout the space.
