Our Flats Chicago apartments are well underway, with this Edgewater property at 5718 North Winthrop Avenue next up to bat. The masonry and timber frame building straight out of Bavaria was built in 1926, and is being fully renovated to include modern amenities, like a fitness center and private roof deck, while the facade retains its vintage Deutschland character.
