Design Process
We revitalized previously vacant office spaces, transforming them into a unique live-work environment that now houses Brush Park Gym and our client’s residence directly above the fitness center.
This comprehensive renovation project entailed the complete overhaul and fusion of three distinct storefront areas, creating a generously proportioned, family-friendly gym on the ground level.
It also facilitated a seamless connection to the newly created rear courtyard area and the thoughtful design of a dedicated private entrance for our client’s second-floor apartment.
