Formerly an Art Deco style hotel and reputed hangout of The Ratpack, The Lawrence House has been completely renovated and includes a gym, lounge and party room in addition to 331 apartment units on its thirteen stories.
Abandoned for the past 50 years, the refurbished pool and mosaic tile ceiling include a new martini club, laying the foundation for future cocktail enthusiasts. Perched atop the building will be duplex penthouse units with glass overhead doors and green roof decks.
