Eat + Drink + Look at Construction Progress at our Logan Certified Development Open House, April 22.
For the past four months we’ve been transforming a former Logan Square grocery/bodega into a new mixed-use development, now known as Logan Certified. We are close to completion and ready to open the doors for an open house and viewing party.
Our rendering is close to becoming a reality
There’s a corner commercial storefront and a loft apartment for rent that has your name all over it. Moss’ expanded architecture studio, construction office and furniture operation will occupy the rest of the building, so we’re looking for some cool neighbors to welcome to our art and maker mini-community.
But really, this is an excuse to see our favorite people while having a fair excuse to wear hard hats. We’ll have beer from Logan Square’s own Revolution Brewing (on us), snacks from Saigon Sisters (on us), food from La Adelita Mexican Street Food Truck (you pay) and music by moss’ official nephew, dj dsoltr.

The open house starts at 4pm on April 22nd and will continue into the spring evening. To help the lab with the food and beverage equations, please RSVP by April 16; we don’t want anyone walking away thirsty or undernourished.
Finally, while we keep things clean, tidy and safe around the job site, there will still be some dust. So you can save your black tie for a future banquet and come casual/industrial-chic.
