This 2,400 sq. ft, two-story loft has been rehabilitated to show off industrial roots. Finish materials echo the industrial aesthetic, featuring reclaimed timber fireplace surround and wall material. To maximize interior light, portions of the floor have been opened, and a glass walkway at the second floor hall. The project features custom book/computer shelving, nesting shoji doors, cabinetry, and a green roof terrace.
